xdspin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by xdspin may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending identity verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on xdspin at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all accounts.

When registering your xdspin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. xdspin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any SMS one-time password (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must:

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. • Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates other players or xdspin staff.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xdspin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, xdspin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall xdspin's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xdspin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xdspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
